There are stalls to browse, catering and refreshments from all over the world and a packed programme of arena entertainment throughout the day. Also loads of freebies - I picked up Soothers, Imperial Leather shower foam, Comfort Fabric conditioner, Actimel drinks and a BBC goodie bag in 2003! Bristol Balloon Fiesta started in 1979.
