I danced in the parade twice when I was in Primary School and it just
gives that summer feeling. Food Stalls, Bead Stalls, Music,

The Orange Ashton Court Festival is Bristol's best kept secret - a
wicked outdoor festival held annually with two outdoor stages featuring
both local bands and national headliners. Also a Souly-Funky-Jazzy and
Hip Hop tent; a blues, acoustic, world and folk music marquee, a club
stage, a performing arts stage, a classical marquee, the "Roadshow
Blackout" marquee, a big kids area and loads of stalls to get
beads, henna tats and food and drink etc. Bars and Fairground rides
aswell

Festival (Bristol
Mum Festival) Main Event Days Friday 24th through Sunday

The festival runs September 24th through October 9th, with the Theme
"Decades of Mums" including the main weekend with a Miss
Mum competition, a Firefighters Family Fun day on the 25th @

Fiesta Mini-Site
One of the largest outdoor events in the UK, attracting thousands of
visitors for what is now a four-day festival of fun and flying - and
it's all FREE!
The Fiesta features mass balloon launches of over 100 balloons with
family entertainment and a carnival vibe. There are stalls to browse,
catering and refreshments from all over the world and a packed
programme of arena entertainment throughout the day. Also loads of
freebies - I picked up Soothers, Imperial Leather shower foam, Comfort
Fabric conditioner, Actimel drinks and a BBC goodie bag in 2003!
